Overview
King’s Dream Business Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in conducting research, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Duties
- Utilize SQL or similar tool to extract and manipulate data for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Create visually appealing dashboards and reports to facilitate decision-making.
- Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that may impact business operations
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate meaningful insights and KPIs that drive informed decision-making across various departments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, define project scopes, and develop solutions that align with organizational goals
- Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and performance metrics to stakeholders
- Identify process improvements, efficiencies, and cost-saving initiatives through data analysis and business process mapping
- Assist in strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking by providing data-driven insights and scenario modeling
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field; Master’s degree or certification in Business Analysis is a plus
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong track record of conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis in a business setting
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate and visualize complex datasets
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions to drive business strategy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings to stakeholders and collaborate effectively with team members
