Job Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Business Analyst with strong AI expertise to join our team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data/AI engineering teams, and product management. You will analyze business requirements, identify opportunities to integrate AI solutions, optimize workflows, and support data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify challenges, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into well-defined functional and technical requirements.

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and user story sessions to gather comprehensive insights.

Prepare detailed documentation including BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and user journey flows.
2. AI & Data Strategy Development

Identify areas where AI (predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, RPA, generative AI) can create measurable business value.

Evaluate the feasibility of AI solutions and provide recommendations based on cost, data availability, complexity, and ROI.

Work closely with AI/ML engineers to define use cases, training data requirements, and model performance criteria.

Support the design of scalable AI-driven tools, dashboards, and automation systems.
3. Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights supporting strategic decisions.

Develop KPIs, metrics, and performance tracking reports to measure AI initiative success.

Work with data engineers to ensure data quality, accuracy, governance, and accessibility.
4. Product & Project Management

Contribute to product roadmaps, sprint planning, and prioritization of AI/business analytics initiatives.

Support end-to-end execution of AI projects—from concept to deployment.

Monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring outcomes meet business expectations.

Collaborate with UX/UI teams to design intuitive AI-powered user experiences.
5. Change Management & Training

Assist in developing training materials for stakeholders to adopt new AI tools and processes.

Support change management activities including communication plans and impact assessments.

Advocate for ethical AI use, transparency, and responsible data practices across the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

3–6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.

Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, NLP, predictive modeling, RPA, generative AI).

Meet the team:
As a Digital Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for the analytics maintenance, insights, and reporting of our eCommerce website and ancillary digital channels. A successful candidate typically possesses a blend of technical skills, analytical prowess, and strategic thinking. The Clinical Program Consultant, provides an education and training program for a team of staff that supports care delivery organizations within OptumCare. Using ETL tools, data virtualization tools, and API engines, the Data Engineer translates business requirements at the direction of Senior Data Engineers into data interfaces, data APIs, and data pipelines to supply the data needs of the enterprise, supporting application to application integration, the data flow in and out of the data management platform and other databases, and the data access layer supplying data to end consumers, including applications and tools.

SKILLS:
- At least 1-2 years of Matillion ETL experience with Snowflake as a Target
- Strong SQL with Stored Procedures
- 1-2 years of Cloud Data platform Snowflake experience
- ETL migration project experience is a plus
- Health care Insurance domain knowledge is a plus
- Experience in developing the ETL for data integration, Transformation, including populating Dimensional Data Models.
- Experience in SQL (No-SQL experience is a plus) and T-SQL
- Experience in data virtualization, Tibco Data Virtualization preferred.
