The ideal candidate will bring a data-centric approach, a passion for streamlining processes, and meticulous attention to detail. This position focuses on optimizing operational workflows, providing strategic support to communications teams (e.g., coordinating campaigns, managing timelines, and aligning messaging efforts), spearheading cross-functional initiatives, and elevating project management methodologies to drive efficiency, collaboration, and innovation.

• Curate and execute weekly communication campaigns that support our field teams in understanding company initiatives and the whys behind
• Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales and Service Operations teams) to develop, refine, and deliver tailored content strategies that resonate with field audiences
• Ensure consistency, reliability, and quality in communications that align with Brand Standards
• Lead diverse project ideation, prioritization, and execution across multiple regions and continuously evaluate project impact on operational efficiency, refining strategies for optimal performance
• Apply content management strategies, in collaboration with systems engineers and operational stakeholders, to organize content for an improved user experience and seamless AI integration

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Finance or related field or equivalent experience
• Intermediate skills in MS Excel
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Ability to credibly convey complex ideas effectively at the executive level
• Able to juggle multiple competing priorities in a face paced environment
• Available to work on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
