About the Role:

We are seeking a Junior Data Scientist with a strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to join our growing data team. In this role, you will work closely with senior data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to develop, test, and deploy AI-driven models and data solutions that support key business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and AI model development within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing large datasets for analysis and model training.

• Support the development, evaluation, and deployment of machine learning and AI models.

• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

• Implement predictive models, NLP, or computer vision algorithms under supervision.

• Work with Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and automation tasks.

• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments.

• Create visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).

• Contribute to AI research projects, documentation, and reporting of findings.

• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data science, deep learning, and AI tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), R, or SQL.

• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling.

• Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.

• Knowledge of AI concepts like supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, or NLP.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Internship or academic project experience in AI or machine learning.

• Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git, GitHub).
